FWIW, I am a former Republican. I never saw "the only good Republican is a dead Republican" from Democrats online, regardless of how much anger might be warranted. I'm aware there is rhetoric out there that must be condemned, from all extremists. That said:
Those who engage in false equivalences know exactly how evil and abusive they are being.

Pro-Life evangelical voters who won't condemn this, let alone condone it, are hell-bound, per their own Scriptures.
I am livid too, and I can't believe I have family members - I am sickened there are Christians - who did not care even I was threatened for stating an opinion about abuse.
A lot of US found out how much our safety and our lives really matter to "Pro-Life" voters.
It is right that this leader expressed this level of rage. It has indeed gone on for four years now. What is so bitter to those of us who had abuse was we all know abuse always escalates.
The fact that this evil has impacted the life of one of our top scientists should appall US.
(In decent countries, top scientists are respected, especially right now, not threatened!)
Where were outraged ProLifers when Charlottesville happened? What about the Kyle Rittenhouse murders? Some of y'all called for a cold-blooded murderer to run for Congress! We all saw you.
Absolutely unforgivable. Unrepentant, utterly hellish foolishness. Absolutely, be angry. Reject all abusers absolutely. Insist they take responsibility and face accountability.
Anger at such total, inhuman, godless disrespect for life, is righteous. There are far worse things than rudeness; mockery of the bereaved and MURDER is deplorable. Shun MAGA.
